This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by Curanode and—where relevant—by the service providers (processors) we engage.

The scope includes:

  • events, marketing, and newsletters (if used)

  • business relationships and service delivery (B2B and B2C, if applicable)

If we process data in a context not covered here (e.g., a specific customer project contract), we may provide separate privacy notices where required.

Website Hosting (Wix) & International Processing

Our website is built and operated using the platform Wix.

The Wix account used to manage this website is administered outside EU/EEA. Depending on Wix’s infrastructure and service configuration, personal data processed through the website (such as IP addresses, contact form submissions, or consent records) may be processed in the European Union and/or in India, as well as in other locations where Wix or its subprocessors operate.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards are applied, including:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR), and

  • contractual and technical safeguards implemented by Wix.
