With over 8 years of experience in healthcare software, I have had the opportunity to build and lead QA teams, work closely with developers, and support applications used by renowned university clinics and major healthcare vendors. Along the way, I developed a strong interest in regulated environments, particularly medical software where reliability and safety truly matter.
A significant part of my experience comes from working on dental surgical implant planning software, where precision, validation, and compliance are essential. Leading geographically distributed teams has taught me the importance of communication, structure, and shared ownership of quality.
Today, at Sanbav, I focus on strengthening quality processes, supporting engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 27001. What motivates me most is building systems and teams that deliver trustworthy, safe, and high-quality healthcare software that clinicians can rely on every day.
